Helping brands shape and validate digital and experiential ideas before full production

Why This Exists

I’ve spent over two decades concepting and building digital, experiential, and interactive work for global brands and agencies. Across that work, I’ve consistently seen time and budget lost when ideas move forward before they’re shaped by someone with hands-on production experience.

I work with brands early — before agencies are selected and budgets are locked — to listen, clarify, and pressure-test ideas through concepting, design, and lightweight prototyping. The goal is to help teams decide what’s worth building, what’s not, and how to move forward with confidence.

Sometimes I stay on through execution as creative lead. Other times I help set direction and step away cleanly once clarity is achieved.

How I Work

My role sits between early ideas and full execution.

Listen & Diagnose
Understand the business pressure, internal context, and ideas already forming.

Concept & Shape
Translate ambiguity into clear, production-informed experience concepts.

Design & Prototype
Use design and lightweight prototyping to pressure-test feasibility, scale, and risk.

Validate the Direction
Help answer whether an idea should be built at all — and if so, how.

Set Up Execution (or Step Away)
Support agency selection and execution as creative lead, or hand off with clarity and alignment.

When I'm Typically
Brought in

When direction is unclear but pressure to act is high

When emerging technology is on the table and risk needs managing

When teams want to explore ideas without overcommitting budget

When internal teams and external agencies need early alignment

I frequently collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, providing clarity
and direction that supports strong execution.
