ColorSnap
Your Life
Has A Color

ColorSnap captures it, one moment at a time. Each tap transforms your surroundings into a singular color memory, preserving the mood of your day in a way photos never could.

One Tap, One Moment, One Color

The Concept
ColorSnap started as a simple question: What if you could capture a moment without taking a photo? Instead of documenting what something looked like, the idea was to preserve how it felt, distilled into a single color.
The concept grew from an interest in visual diaries, design systems, and the emotional weight color carries. Every capture in ColorSnap reduces a complex scene into its most dominant tone, then anchors it with time and place. The result is a quiet, minimal artifact—more like a memory than an image.

Early Design Explorations
The early designs for ColorSnap focused on finding the right balance between simplicity and expression. Each iteration explored how minimal the interface could be while still clearly communicating the core idea: capturing a moment through color.
Every element was questioned and refined—layout, typography, spacing, and interaction—removing anything that distracted from the experience. The challenge wasn’t adding features, but knowing what to leave out, ensuring the app felt intuitive, clean, and immediately understandable.
These early explorations helped shape the final design language of ColorSnap: a calm, focused interface that lets color take center stage, making the experience feel effortless from the very first tap.
